From Autumn To Ashes
June 12
Yes, Tessie, this week’s band is just some more screamo crap. But I like ‘em and I think you will, too. Especially after the less-than-spectacular responses to last week’s MP3. Guess you people just don’t know great music and comedy when it stabs you in the ass.
Anyway, this week’s band is lovely From Autumn To Ashes with two tracks off of their The Fiction We Live album. So, enjoy! And leave some freakin’ feedback!
The second file download had to change due to a leech.
HORSE the Band
October 3
They’re the amazing Nintendo-core band all the kids are raving about. Well, OK, no kids are raving. But they are amazing and they are Nintendo-core at it’s finest…it’s singular existence, but still it’s finest.
So, even though you probably won’t like them, get Cutsman from HORSE the Band and enjoy the madness.
Funeral for a Friend
August 29
Double-feature
If you like boysetsfire or Thursday, chances are you’ll like this week’s band. Just download the songs and see, I don’t want to tell you any more about them. Yeah, they’re that good. Funeral For a Friend’s Juneau and Escape Artists Never Die both from their first full-length album, Casually Dressed and Deep in Conversation.
Circle Takes the Square
August 22
A band I found recently and really liked. They’re a rather melodic hardcore band with a nice experimental twist. This week’s MP3 is from their second album. Non-Objective Portrait of Karma by Circle Takes the Square. Enjoy!
It Dies Today
August 8
It Dies Today is a straight-out hardcore band. I’m not a huge fan of them, but I think they’re definitely worth a listen, so, download and listen.
This is from their Forever Scorned EP, A Romace by the Wings of Icarus“
Wings of Azrael
August 2
A very melodic hardcore band, Wings of Azrael gives a nice mix between singing and screaming, with more of the former than the latter, which is pretty refreshing for a hardcore band.
From their debut album Suspension in Disbelief, here’s A Breath That Ends What Chokes Begin“
