It’s been taken care of, albiet in a bit of a drastic way.
MySpace, in all of it’s infinite stupidity, doesn’t allow you to contact users unless you’re a member. I bit the bullet last night and became one * shudder *. I still couldn’t contact the person linking to me, so I just went and use .htaccess to deny any access with a referer containing myspace.com. So now no one from MySpace can link to my site or use something from my site and they won’t show up in my logs or use my bandwidth (other than the few bites required to generate a 304 error).
Why didn’t the “gay porno” (that’ll get some fun Googles) audio work? Well turns out (I was sleepy when I first found this) that the asshat didn’t even link correctly to the file. I did the swap for nothing. But if you want to hear what they would have gotten had they linked correctly, have at it.
