The Heart Begs The Crowbar For More
June 2
Changes came to the site last week and earlier this week. I upped the font size of the titles to 64px and moved some stuff around a bit. The archives are working beautifully, as are the Blather archives and Music archives, which you can get to by clicking on the title bar up there.
The live search over on the left works. You can always just type your request and hit enter to get the search page, too, if you don’t like the live feature or can’t see what you there. Either way, just so you know.
The comments are also now a bit more accessible. I re-added tabindex to each of the fields, if you don’t have a cookie, and I’m trying to work out a way to make the submit button show when you first go to comment if you’ve commented before. It shows, but if you haven’t commented, the comments are a little wonky. Just click “Preview” twice and you’ll get the “Submit” button. Someday it’ll work, I promise.
This has been an exciting week in ways. My Wings of Azrael CD came in. Freakin’ awesome. Only five tracks so it’s definitely lacking in length/content, but definitely worth a listen to.
I also built a piece of Javascript for Ray’s site. I know that’s not exciting to some people, but it is to me since I suck at Javascript. I also finished (or nearly so) the logo for his new look, so watch out for that soon.
Also, the amazing Mr. Riffner has released the first page of his comic Quick Step. It’s either a mouse or Max has shown us his furry side (I kid, I kid). So, jump on over and get an eyeful.
I am pretty furry, especially with a beard. :)

I meant more in the “I’m a horse and like to wear full-body costumes!” way, but sure, whatever.
